Why We Make It

Description

Two Moms in the Raw is a family-owned gluten free, raw food manufacturer located in Boulder County Colorado and founded in 2006 by Shari and Marsha (daughter and mom team).

Only Organic, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Kosher and Vegan ingredients are used in the handmade production of our Granola Bars, Nut Bars, Sea Cracker, Truffles and Cereals.

Our products are 100% organic, raw, vegan, free of wheat, dairy, soy, refined sugars and gluten free. With so many compromised immune systems and potential health risks, Two Moms is a great solution.

NOTE: Antioxidants are well represented in most of our ingredients. Antioxidants protect cells from damage by unstable molecules called free radicals.


What Is Raw

Raw food or living food is food that has not been cooked or exposed to temperatures over 118*F. When food is heated above 118*F there is a risk that the enzymes essential for all the chemical processes in our bodies are damaged.

In addition to not cooking our food, we rinse, long soak and germinate most of our ingredients so that each bite is full of the maximum nutrition and enzymes necessary for your body.

Our Granola is a great combination of Seeds, Nuts, Fruits and Spices that provide a slightly sweet, chewy and crunchy eating experience.  Our bars are terrific for taking on a trip, including in school lunches or keeping in your office desk drawer (as long as you don’t tell anyone as they tend to disappear).
